Netcare Access provides 24 hour mental health and substance abuse crisis intervention, stabilization and assessment for Franklin County residents. These services are provided 365 days a year for children, adolescents, adults and older adults. Referral and linkage, if necessary, is often provided to local agencies for therapeutic treatment. Netcare is staffed with skilled physicians, nurses, psychologists, social workers and counselors. Services are available to anyone; regardless of the ability to pay. Netcare Access is known as your connection to Franklin County’s Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health system of care.
