Fun Facts about EIM
The incentive business was born in Ohio in 1922, when an entrepreneur named Elton F. MacDonald sold 18 briefcases to NCR for use in rewarding its top salespeople. That was the origin of the first incentive company – E.F. MacDonald. Since the 1920s, several other national incentive houses have been based in Ohio, including Top Value, Carlson Marketing Group and Excellence In Motivation. EIM can trace its roots back to that first incentive company, E.F. MacDonald.
